1. We collect your rent in time
No arrears of rent with SMART housing & makelaars. We have a clear collection policy. The result? Your rental income will come in completely in time.

2. We wipe out arrears of payment
We collect your rent in retroaction, until all arrears of payment have been wiped out.

3. We take a close look at service charges
On your behalf, we take care of service charges, like gas, water, energy and for example cleaning. We negotiate on price and quality. We invite offers, make agreements and carry out control.

4. We present an overview concerning financial management
Each month you will receive a financial survey. We will take all work/worries off your hands. Your worry is our concern.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT

1.Rectifying technical failures and repairs
In case of CH-problems, window-damage and other damages we will take care of an proper solution. We can be reached 24 hours per day and will take care of it that the problem is solved efficiently.

2.Coordinating maintenance orders
We plan the maintenance orders and will take care of it that the activities are carried out efficiently in order to avoid loss of time and money.

3.Carrying out inspection in case of complaints
If tenants have complaints we, SMART housing & makelaars, will investigate the complaint, make a report of it and will try solve the problem together with you and the tenant.

4.Inviting offers, order supply and checking maintenance execution
We invite offers for you and upon your approval we will take care of it that the maintenance is executed or the problem is solved and we will also take care of it that the work is checked.
